Pros

I recently joined the business and have to say it was the best step for me to have made, the culture is collaborative, inclusive, fast paced and target orientated. Having worked previously for a lengthy period of time in two competitor recruitment firms in the last five years I have to say this place leaves them standing. The training is refreshing not patronising with a knowledgeable and engaging learning and development team who actually care, and explain things in a mature and simplistic manner. The leaders are inspirational, and whilst there are characters who do stand out and who perhaps aren't to everyone's liking they're extremely engaging and give constructive feedback whilst demonstrating proof of concept - there is no "do as I say not as I do" attitude. The infrastructure is brilliant, Ozzie is fantastic and always on hand to help compared to many other companies who outsource their IT solutions to the cheapest external provider procurement can find who should you have an urgent IT issue, may get back to you in a day or two, Allegis seem to have invested huge amounts of money in to technology and it really does show. They're privately owned, I love that the business isn't controlled by multiple shareholders who are usually the ones pulling the strings on all decision opposed to the employees and management team. The rest has been brilliant, the culture is great and I'm truly pleased that I made the right decision to join this business.

Cons

Pension contributions could be higher Flexible working should be encouraged No other points to make & hopefully there won't be any cons going forward!
