Pros
Some of the people are nice.
Cons
It took almost a month long process to get a job as a “trainee candidate manager”, only to experience minimal training - not at all a 12 week training course like they say. I worked extremely hard to hit the unreasonable targets and managed to place a candidate early on, however things went downhill very quickly. After just a month of working for this company I was brought into “catch ups” where at one point I was told my character was off due to being a female, which concerned me and made me extremely uncomfortable especially working in a male dominated, frat like environment. A week after this I was let go out of no where, even though I was doing a “great job” it was due to my “traits”. This was the worst experience of my life, I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone wanting to start a career in recruitment.
