they are more than a consultancy , very professional in operation .
Cons
once you put down the papers they will tell that the company has changed its policy and we have to server 2 months notice period (original notice period is 1 month) .. they will put you under immense pressure and make to pay from your pocket (other wise called as buy out) to get release .
