Pros
Very strong culture & value system , Global foot print , very good growth opportunities , collaboration. Its a total talent solution company for oragnisation which are looking at talent transformations. Gives you an entrepunerial set up. A high touch organisation, Transparent, great candidate exp & customer service & very good delivery capabilities.
Cons
I don't see any down sides of working in this organisation. There is scope to standardise certain working frameworks in the company as we go global.
