Pros
Very international for a company in Japan. Main Language is English.
Cons
The management and training is very messy. They basically don't know what they are doing at this point. unnecessary feedback to act as if you're proactive but it does more harm than good. Turnover is quite high. Only way of success and making money is getting promoted, first year of the job is basically slavery.
