Some of the people I worked with were very nice.
Cons
Like I said, it's a cult. You won't rise up in the ranks unless they let you. You have to adopt the culture there or they will force you out the door. What was extra funny were the games all around the office that nobody played. It's like a daycare for adults. Stay away!
