Pros

Allego is in an exciting phase of growth, which creates a lot of opportunity to take ownership and make an impact. The people here are genuinely smart, thoughtful, and highly collaborative. There’s a strong culture of teamwork rather than internal competition. One of the standout aspects is that the company truly lives by its operating principles and values; they’re not just words on a slide, but actually reflected in how decisions are made and how people work together day-to-day.

Cons

Like many growing companies, there can be some growing pains. Priorities may shift and processes are still evolving in certain areas. This can sometimes create ambiguity, but it also comes with the upside of being able to help shape how things improve.

Pros

Fantastically collaborative culture. One platform, one united mission, with a management team that is willing to step in and help. The company is small enough that people can build meaningful relationships across departments and functions, but large enough to really execute on what we set out to do.

Cons

Like many SaaS-forward companies, many different tech tools / solutions and places to look for information.

Pros

Genuinely collaborative culture where leadership is accessible and invested in development. Clear vision around AI and enablement which makes the work feel meaningful and forward thinking. Strong training, real ownership over accounts, and the ability to learn directly from experienced AEs and leadership. Promotions are achievable if you put in the work and the Boston office environment makes it easy to stay motivated.

Cons

Like most high growth SaaS environments, priorities can shift quickly and you need to be comfortable adapting. The pace can feel intense during busy periods, especially when balancing outbound expectations with learning new tools and messaging.
