Pros
Some of the people there are cool to work with
Cons
The pay ($8/hr to start, $8.50 once training is complete...and that's it). The management ( amateurs). The "policies". The building is disgusting. You have to dry your hands with toilet paper because there is no paper towel provided in either the bathrooms or break room. People steal food out of the refrigerator. The expectations are ridiculous, you are told to focus on "quality" when really it's just about taking as many calls as you can, for no reason at all because you will never get a raise. There is an extremely high turnover rate (which isn't surprising, considering the pay, and how the employees are treated). I would highly suggest you NOT work there if A) you wan't to be able to survive and pay bills, and B) if you want to keep your sanity.
