      Pros

      One of the very few IC companies with design centers in South America.

      Cons

      Sub-par salary. Unpaid overtime is a constant. Disregard for local labour law. Management seems too focused on short term profits and is not receptive to feedback. General disregard for employees well being and personal fulfillment.
