Pros
it is very rare that resident directors listen and understand employees but they do in this company. Surprisingly, even the corporate will have once a year truth forum which they listen and made changes after evaluating situations.
Cons
Nothing's perfect but I've seen employees taking advantage, gossips and might be cultural but it seems like working in a United Nations, competition's fierce here. The boss are in good standing, it's the employees taking advantage of them which if you are the weakest link, better quit!
