Great Company to Intern/Work At! - Summer Intern Allen Flavors Employee Review

Being a summer intern for Allen Flavors was a dream opportunity for me. Working there for two summers, I was whole heartedly accepted from not only the members and management in my department, but also from every department in the company. Every employee is not only friendly, but always open to talk or help you with any issue. The relationship among co-workers is more like a family rather than just being co-workers. All of this stems from the common goal of wanting to make the best tasting and affordable product for the company's customers. Some other pros: -Allen Flavors and the flavor industry are rapidly growing in size - The communication within the company is honest , efficient, and promotes growth within - Many employees have been part of the company for 10 and even 20+ years, which shows how much like home working here can feel like. - I was able to learn more in 6 months than I ever expected. Every day was a new opportunity to be curious and learn.
