Nothing stands out used to be good pay and great senior leaders but not anymore

Micro managed so much it’s all gone wrong and senior managers haven’t got a clue there just waiting it out until they are made to leave or made redundant. Poor dealership standards so far behind and no clear positive direction no one cares. tick box company who talks the talk about the pillars they are dedicated to but don’t actually work towards them.
