Pros

Its remote. Pay is decent

Cons

They try and find a way every other month to reduce commissions. Team leaders are great but no one could tell you what the sales managers actually do. They have a churn an burn mentality so dont expect ongoing training.. specially when the sales managers are idle/away 80% of the day.

Thank you for providing your feedback, and honest concerns as someone who worked in our Sales Department. The Company goes to every length to ensure our Sales employees are set up for success. Our training program is ongoing for 90 days, and we have experienced professionals providing training and guidance for this Department from the start of employment. With regard to our Compensation and Commissions, we have never reduced the Commissions earnings for our Debt Advisors. As such, we have one of the most competitive Compensation Plans within the industry. Additionally, we are proud to say that we have acquired seasoned and matured Members of Management to lead this Department. Over the past year, we have been able to offer our Sales employees more resources than ever. This progress is reflected in our Sales milestones, increased retention rates, and the increased earning potential our Sales employees. Our Management Team is a direct reflection of who we are as a Company, and we are sorry to hear that you did not have the best experience possible.

Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.
