Pros

Able to work remote at one point.

Cons

Top 10 sales rep, not a bitter under performer.. who they treat like crap btw. Managed by people who were never sales reps themselves. Revolving door, what have you done for me lately. The type of company that hires remote reps to thrive during covid, then slowly releases them all once they can go back to in office. 3 pay crawlbacks, maybe 2 now.. but with awful customer service. Always mess ur commish check up. Keep a spreadsheet, you will be dealing with that once a month. They will find some awful cheap lead source and jam it down ur throat… but why didnt you run through the whole sales process with wild bill from yee hawville who owes his cousin $2500??

All our sales managers possess extensive experience in debt settlement sales and have been given the opportunity to lead and develop others through the self-development they’ve experienced throughout their careers. We want to clarify that we have not instructed our remote sales team to return to the office and have made it clear to them that they will continue to work remotely. We place a high value on the productivity of our remote team and wish to maintain it. Our retention rate is healthy as we foster a team-oriented and collaborative environment, resulting in us seldom losing our agents. We’re glad you enjoyed working remotely and wish you the best of luck.

Pros

View is nice but literally the only redeeming quality

Cons

They over work you and treat you like it’s your fault that you’re not producing when there’s hardly any tools available to work with. They prioritize incessant and many teams meeting instead of letting people work on their productivity. The phone system sucks and you never know if it’s someone calling in or the dialer calling out and some poor schmuck answering. Lots of these “leads” are hardly vetted and it counts against you even if they weren’t qualified in the first place. And the pay plan is its own circle of inferno. It’s insulting and the reason why most of the people you will work with are working for minimum wage. Turn over rate is unbelievable and the managers are a bunch of middle management whip cracking drones. Not to mention one of them was just suspended for sleeping with a sales person. There are people who go to the hospital from mental breakdowns from this place and as of recently they fired about 30 staff in one week with no notice. As you can imagine there are a lot of lawsuits headed their way so be wary and don’t get caught in the middle.
