The reality of this job is you’re in a sales environment and the management essentially is selling you to stay and work for them. It is easy to get caught up and “drink the juice”. If you need any sort of financial stability this job is not for you. The company puts zero into you, It is zero risk for them to hire you. The reality is a company that cares about you will invest in you. I think it is easy for impressionable young adults to hear about working as a contract employee and think they can make so much money when in reality that won’t happen…. Unless you have financial backing it does not make sense to work here.
