Pros
There are a lot of extremely kind people who work here (mostly the GMs). For the most part, each location feels like a family, and the company does promote from within. My experience here was overall positive, but I'm happy to be moving away from the company now.
Cons
I do feel like the corporate leadership has deteriorated, and there is a lack of integrity, which inevitably will drip down to the individual locations and employees. There is a lack of consistency across the locations, which leads to frustrations among employees.
