I was loyal to the company for 8 years-not once did I get any sort of praise or benefits and lack of support just got worse the more factors they bought up! Wage is far below market average-don't pay what you're worth with no consistency in any role with bdms being on anywhere between 25-35k a year with similar experience! Having been out the company for 5 months I can safely say leaving the AAG was by far the best thing I ever did
