training is too short. it is gonna take a lot more time lo learn how database works under this company policy but overall you can easily manage it. there are couple tools recommended to be a master: Blacktorne and turbo lister (little bit old school)

Good environment. Flexibility, easy to comunicate with mnagement.

Hard to get a good wage.
