Pros
The people, you build strong bonds especially if in office. The education department are passionate about what they do so the initial training is great. Perfect if you're wishing to build resilience, empathy and communication, they do offer adequate training on such.
Cons
Little support for long term employee care, many people are met with "maybe this job isn't for you" after being verbally abused by a customer on the phone. While they do have an EAP, it is very transactional. A lot of managers have tenure that infects their egos, making it a cliquey culture and you can find yourself in positions where you simply cannot progress if your manger does not wish for you to. Lastly, the company can be too hesitant around modern socially political topics. While they do hire with diversity in mind, the support for said diversity is more just for show.
