No transparency in entire organisation, even the line manager cant predict what going on with top management. Technically , a way behind mark and using unstable their own software products which made both customer and the support employee life miserable . useless internal employee portals, never worked in single attempts. too many portals , too many links , never easy for employee what info available in which portal, kind of searching a black cat in dark room.
