- not allowed to go to the toilet at certain times - micromanagement to the point where they want to know what you are doing every second of your life. - system issues which are not favourable to the employee, end up getting the blame. - clear favouritism of staff. - managers speaking about their gambling habits in front of handlers who are dealing with sensitive clients/ claims. - lack of communication between structures. - clear favouritism from department and line managers.
