Pros
Good benefits including healthcare, contributions towards car and home insurance. Very few companies offer those benefits these days. Lots of opportunities Training and education possibilities Sponsorship of race entries, good networking culture, promoting social activity and diversity. Positive company culture Great location away from the city centre
Cons
Current reorganisation is confused with mixed messages to staff. This is leading to a little insecurity. But overall there are very few cons. I hear some colleagues moaning about there not being enough teabags and I laugh! Compared to other places I've worked AWC is an excellent employer.
