Pros
Great company. Tons of room for growth. A lot of ways to maneuver between departments. Starting as a front line associate you can move just about anywhere. Management is excellent at providing feedback. Patient with new associates who are still learning and frequently meet with associates to go over goals, discuss career paths and areas for growth.
Cons
No company is perfect. I think that every company has room for improvement. But what Allianz does that is unique is it takes feedback and if it is reasonable they try to incorporate changes to meet that feedback
