Great Flexibility in work shifts as it is a 24 hour assistance call centre, great off-peak pay, always great variation in the calls that you receive due to the nature of car breakdowns and it being a nationwide service
Cons
Not too many negatives, I would say that there can often be ambiguity in solutions to problems that would appear to have clear cut solutions
