7yThank you for providing your comments. We appreciate your feedback regarding the team and positive culture at Allianz. Regarding your feedback around volume, the Claims department is impacted by seasonality of work, resulting in higher and lower volumes, depending on the time of year. Leaders are addressing this through workforce management, proper forecasting and recruitment of contract staff. In looking at pay, we’ve made several changes to our Total Rewards program this year. We’ve completed a compensation redesign, resulting in a market adjustment for over three quarters of our associate base. We’ve also made changes to our short term incentive plan and last year introduced a well received and robust recognition program. Finally, training is something each department looks to review and improve on a continual basis. At the organizational level, the introduction to LinkedIn Learning has been very successful, with the Canadian Business Unit seeing a very high intake of associates.Improving the employee experience is a continual evolution and one we’re committed to.
