Bullied, humiliated, treated like trash! (Dublin office) - Policy Management Officer Allianz Partners Employee Review

Problems are being ignored Many teams completely falling apart and HR is not acting It seems to be fine whether teams are falling apart or not My team completely fell apart due to my rude, unprofessional, bullying team lead. No one bothered to figure out why almost everyone is leaving my team HR seems to be more busy writing fake positive reviews than taking care of employees I never felt so discriminated like in this company. I do understand why Irish people love it here - because they are treated like Gods. We foreigners are considered employees who are supposed to be glad to have a lower paid job than Irish people.
