Cut back on vacation days, worse benefits - Travel Associate Allianz Partners Employee Review

The CEO is the worst and is only concerned about numbers not people. Since he came alot of things have changed here, some good, more bad. He cut back on vacation days and benefits, and keeps moving call center jobs like mine out of Richmond to Mexico. A ton of good people have left to get jobs somewhere else. The building is now half empty and is being rented out to other companies. Sad to see this happening.
