-Speaking on behalf of the US operations, you may encounter a much better work enviroment. -Home office is still an option if you have a good performance.
Cons
Buckle up! -For starters HR has a great lack of leadership and they tend to overload that one person that is at least trying to do something, but do not expect a good follow up coming from them, wether you want something as simple or a document or something more complex, you´d need to pray to have anything done. -It´s a company that is not delivering in any promises made in the best, even though performance of most platforms has been satisfactory and has shown major improvements. -Salaries are super outdated, and the benefits package is the most basic you can imagine. - There is not area for growth and it actually feels like it´s been downsizing wouldn´t be surprised if it´s nonexistent in a few years. So not the worst place, but definetly there are better opportunities out there, just don´t stay for too long and you´ll be good if you decide to join.
