      1. flexible project deadline. 2. flexible office timing.

      Cons

      1. Experienced people are less. you have to learn yourself. 2. Saturday is also working day (full time). 3. Don't expect a good infra-structure. Govt. office will be better than this.

      Pros

      I worked with US, Australia and UK clients. I liked balancing my day as per my home needs Got time for family and housework. I started as a ReactJS, and then company helped me become a Full-stack Developer.

      Cons

      Start proper training for new people, especially college freshers. A little help in the beginning i expected.
