Pros

Work from home! The only pros

Cons

Team leaders are not trained to be team leaders at all! They’re simply picked depending on how long they’ve worked there. Micromanaging is at an all time high Team leaders gossiping about other employees to other employees. They love to preach “we are a team” but there’s a constant enforcement for u not to communicate with team members or ask questions while at work. You can’t even go to the toilet in peace without being worried about going over ur time or management asking u where u were for 3:32 seconds. No support or on going train as advertised at all. You get 4 weeks training to learn bout different topics ONCE. And as soon as it’s time to work you’re expected to remember it all. Toxic environment where people are not happy about micromanagement but cannot express themselves comfortably. High turn over. It’s about quantity not quality Under tone of bullying behaviour. The tone team leader uses is bully. Go get a life team leaders

Pros

Non-leadership staff are very approachable, supportive and understanding. Food is provided often for various occasions, as the company celebrates numerous festivities and company achievements. Decent work-life balance, most team leaders don't expect you to work overtime and try to assist you in making sure you finish on time.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement to the point that practically no one gets up from their seat to walk around or oftentimes even go to the bathroom. Every second of what you do is heavily monitored, feedback is extremely critical of errors or long actioning times despite providing valid evidence as justification. The smallest issues are often escalated to senior leadership without warning. Most employees are often quiet. Friendly and supportive, but rarely interact with others due to a heavy workload.
