Turnover rate is pretty high, so you can collect a paycheck if you are marginally acceptable at your job.
Cons
Company is all talk and no action. They say the right things, but do all the wrong things, and actions speak louder than words. Volume is way too much. The workload has almost doubled since a few when i started with no additional compensation. There is very little work life balance. Since they are only focused on increasing revenue. employees have been encouraged to do ethically questionable and managers dismiss complaints. Its very hypocritical for a company who places integrity as a core pillar of the business to be so unethical regarding practices. Company has strong anti-descrimination language in the handbook, but they do not live by it. They need to actually work to make the work environment not hostile, not just pat themselves on the back and say they did.
