Pros
I've been at the organization for many years and have been able to grow in my career in a way I never anticipated. Through working on various projects I've developed skills that helped me find my way into a role that I'm truly passionate about! I would definitely recommend the place to others and tell them that if you work hard and contribute to the business goals, you can get rewarded at Allied. Leadership is interested in investing in people's careers and keeping the organization financially sound so employees don't have to worry about if the company will be around in the future. It also offers a very strong team environment where co-workers care about one another and will roll up their sleeves to help you if you need it.
Cons
Like all organizations, there's room to improve and I see them working to do that. They try to add new benefit offerings every year and they are open to listening to employees input. The hard thing is being patient for changes to happen.
