When its slow they pick and choose who works full time so be prepared to suffer if you're not managements favorite. I had to leave because I would go weeks without work, tried to file for unemployment because I figured I was fired or was constantly sent home before work began, the company still considered me employed with them even though I didn't work not 1 day for a month. Luckily I found new employment in that fourth week.
