Pros

Easy to move around I guess because of the high turnover rate

Cons

Only start making any real money and bonuses at the DOO and GM level. Client managers make around 55k or less… most OPS mangers less than 50k

Pros

Some of the people you meet are cool and you make real good connections with the professional guards (not a lot, but i got lucky)

Cons

*Management doesn't answer their phones *Management don't want to help you address the issues onsite unless the manager of that site has an issue. *Rude and non responsive office. *Operations managers and client managers are useless. (Their assistants do a better job than they do) *The guards are not the priority to management and the company. Very childish and hostile environment. *A lack of structure, communication and support.
