Pros
Allied Universal formally Allied Barton merged with Universal Services. I have been with the company for almost 3 years this January. I have had no problems with keeping a post. You have to apply on line and when you are called in will have an interview with a recruiter. Once you are done with that you will take an online test. You will see the recruiter and they will let you know when you will be taking the orientation. If you have everything in order, the process is pretty quick. Once you are hired, we will be set up with an account manager and then sent to interviews on sites. Even if you don't have experience, there are post orders for every site. This is not a hard job, so don't let nerves get the best of you. You can do this.
Cons
My experience with Allied Universal has been basic. You can very easily fall under the radar. I find people who connect with their accounts manager or do favors for them tend to get help with moving to better posts. If you are a worker who is responsible and causes no problem, prepare to be stuck at a post even when you ask for a better one.
