Pros

Many Jobs Available Under This Company

Cons

* Cons... Practically Everything *Hard to join the company because so much automated response messaging systems are set up thereby making the joining process harder. * 8 Hour... Orientation once employed. * Over 20 hours... Mandatory Core Training * Dealt with snobby employees barely helping people that higher ups don't put in check. * I was told about one job, which wasn't a good fit for me and that was it. Haven't heard about any more jobs. * Was offered one or two shift coverage days for some call outs which is equivalent to no work. Covering a shift here and there is not a job. * Many jobs require covid vaccination with total disregard for the fact vaccine mandates are no longer required in certain situations and instances. Also lack of jobs for Spiritual/Religious people who can not be vaccinated. * Managers don't check up the folks who joined the company but do not still have employment for various reasons, yet they just keep signing more and more people up without even finishing helping the prior job seekers that came in days, weeks, or months ago. * Company seems to focused on growing with many companies and people joining, but seems to have a lack of focus on making a solid and sustainable difference in the lives of many people Seeking Security Guard work with this company. * A lot of people joining this company going in, but quality jobs are going out. * Waste of time if managers don't care to make sure job seekers of all backgrounds get sustainable long term work. * Many aspects of how this company works actually hinders you from finding and securing work.

Pros

The role provides subsistence-level wages, offering little financial security.

Cons

Management arbitrarily downgraded my position from full-time to part-time, yet still demanded overtime. I grew overwhelmed and complained that overtime was impeding my health. After that I was told then don't do overtime like it wouldn't negatively affect me. After moving me from a solid post to a flex post, they expected me to show up with only an hour's notice. They then used an "available quota" as an excuse to terminate me after creating a schedule that made it impossible to succeed. The company's adaptive workflow seamlessly absorbs last-minute modifications with zero friction. Advice to Management: Treat your employees' time with respect instead of setting them up to fail with unrealistic scheduling and quotas. I advise management to invest more heavily in employee development and modernizing our core tools. Providing clearer pathways for advancement and better operational resources would significantly boost morale and retention.
