They will hire anyone who can pass a background check
Cons
They will try to cheat you out of pay by not paying for all hours worked. They will lie to you and never follow through with promises. Their support of their employees is non existent and training is a joke.

We are sorry you had this experience. We will be sharing this feedback with our management teams in order to improve.
Some of the people you meet are cool and you make real good connections with the professional guards (not a lot, but i got lucky)
Cons
*Management doesn't answer their phones
*Management don't want to help you address the issues onsite unless the manager of that site has an issue.
*Rude and non responsive office.
*Operations managers and client managers are useless. (Their assistants do a better job than they do)
*The guards are not the priority to management and the company.
Very childish and hostile environment.
*A lack of structure, communication and support.
