I have been at many companies in my career including public, private, private equity etc. AWC has by far the best company culture I have been a part of in my 30 year career. Ownership treats employees truly like family...many examples in my AWC career of ownership going above and beyond to help employees, their families etc. Even better ownership continues to invest in the business thereby giving employees even more opportunity for career advancement. They give you plenty of tools to succeed! Open door policy helps keep everything transparent...new ideas from employees are encouraged...and often implemented. Their 401 k plan is best in class and company has a very generous profit sharing program...employer contributions are about 5% of total compensation ....far better than most companies out there...plus tons of perks...company gym, plenty of company events, ball games, barbecues, parties etc. You can't get much better than AWC!! Love how they treat their employees!
