Not pleased - Anonymous employee Allina Health Employee Review

Everything beyond the pay is really really bad. I came from a bigger hospital group and this place is easily the most dysfunctional place I've ever worked. The software infrastructure is horrendous, the lack of standardization is startling, and the tone is one of "whatever".
