Pros
Nurses have pride in their work. Physicians work well with nurses, usually.
Cons
Allina is all about the money, not patients -like they'd like you to believe. I stopped feeling valued about 9- 10 years ago. Allina, from the top, has intentionally devalued the role of the nurse. They are very much a corporation disguised as a not-for-profit hospital.
