helpful co-workers, great pay/benefits, for the most part, awesome leadership, plenty of opportunites to advance....overall, I had a great experience with this company!!
Cons
training is not the greatest, due largely to the fact that Allina provides a number of different medical devices and equipment and keeping up with them and the different criteria/documents required for insurance coverage can be taxing.
