Working at The Allison has been a very positive and beneficial experience. They have opportunities to grow/move up, recognize hard work, have caring and relational management, unique experiences, and great values and standards. If you are willing to work hard and up to a 5 star luxury hotel standard (ranked #20 of all luxury hotels in the US by TripAdvisor), you will succeed here.
Cons
The only criticism I have is the inconsistent scheduling, lack of training (which they are updating), and pay.
