They do a tech paid internship to help folks get into tech who maybe otherwise wouldn’t have had the opportunity to due to systemic barriers.
Cons
Below average benefits (lack lustre PTO, no RRSP) From a sales perspective the pipeline being generated to quota ratio is unrealistic. SDRs are busting their butts but generate ~8 leads per week to share amongst ~10 AEs. They’ve overhired AEs and are still hiring (!!!) when none of their reps are hitting quota. Targets aren’t clearly shared, revenue against targets aren’t clearly shared (and asking leadership for these #s, they themselves aren’t sure how to get these #s and everyone will give you something different). They need to get their sales org straightened out or they will run the business straight into the ground.
