Pros

You get to help people become their best versions of themselves and help them achieve their goals. Structured programming to help create a brand across all studios.

Cons

Long hours and hard to make good money and it's usually tied to bonuses and not commission. Always on call and expected to work everyday whether at studio or not.

Pros

pay was decent. i cannot think of one other positive or good thing to say.

Cons

The concept is just a rip off of other companies that came before them. programming is laughable. it's way overpriced. the west chester location is ran horrible! dirty and chaotic. business owner should not be in a position of power. he lacks intelligence and business savvy. the members run all over him. he is in over his head. rude and condescending and always the dumbest person in the room but he doesn't know it. cringe.
