      Work culture is good in most cities and management cares about its employees. Great company to learn the industry and develop your "toolbox"

      Cons

      Pay is typically below industry average and company benefits are subpar with no matching 401k and skimpy PTO. Management can carry depending on city from awesome to subpar.
