Pros

All of the people doing that engineering and operations work. They are an amazing group of people who continually try to do their best every day.

Cons

I had high hopes when I joined AIP, but unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The technical executive leadership is severely lacking, and it’s clear that micromanagement is the norm here rather than fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. The environment is toxic, where open discussions about growth and improvement are consistently discouraged and punished. Employees often feel undermined, leading to low morale and diminished motivation. Executives push for initiatives without clearly defined outcomes or problem statements, which creates confusion and inefficiency. Additionally, there’s a troubling trend of constantly pivoting to the "next big thing" without completing previous projects and looking for outcomes. This not only affects productivity but also contributes to a sense of instability. The engineering leadership's unwillingness to collaborate further isolates teams, making it difficult to build effective relationships and achieve cohesive teamwork across business units. Overall, the lack of vision, support, and a healthy work environment at AIP hinders both personal and professional growth. I hope they can address these issues, but as it stands, I cannot recommend this company.
