Management understands you're more than a faceless drone and treats every employee like a whole human. I feel both challenged and enabled to grow and learn in my current role and develop my expertise to grow (or move) my role. The small nature of the company and the previously-mentioned respect means that I feel empowered to improve and change the organization.

The benefits aren't the best, but they're there and they're affordable The lack of structure (and flat management style) can lead to a little bit of uncertainty organizationally when it comes to "who to talk to"

An excellent team of people work at this company. Everyone is working towards a common goal. Customer Satisfaction is important as well as very high quality work. Teamwork is key here, as is communication. Everything you are looking for in a small company!

Smaller company and because of that a few less opportunities than at a larger company, but overall a great company to work for.
