Cons
1. Over - Exhausting timings. It is generally fixed IN TIME but your OUT TIME is not certain. Usually exceeds more than 10 hours per day. 2. Urgent Tasks flock in only when the employee is about to leave for the day. 3. No drop provided to even the female employees who end up working late at night ( to fulfil the client request imposed by the management ). Late night is referred to as post 11 PM. 4. No overtime compensation provided, neither monetarily nor as a comp-off. 5. No dinner arrangements are done in case of work shifts as late as post 11:59 PM. 6. Employees are requested to work even if applied for sick leave, if refused is taken negatively and will be considered during the review/ increment process.
