Culture is still being established, so there are currently limited boundaries around meeting etiquette and general ways of working. However there is a willingness to keep improving and evolving As there is so much to do the work/life balance is not quite where it needs to be, but again this is a work in progress. As a working parent I do not find it overly supportive as flexible working hours are not encouraged, although neither are they discouraged. It just seems as though there are not that many working parents in the business.
