      Great company, great benefits. Position allows me the flexibility to work with autonomy and build my skills with training and on the job experience. We get all the federal holidays off and work Mon-Fri.

      - Decent WLB - Good management (at least for me)

      Cons

      - Will replace your position with offshores and lay you off - Absolutely zero indication that you are doing bad in their eyes until they decide to do so. - Pay is bad - Constantly forced to work with offshores who have zero idea what they are doing.
